Purplead is an online software service (SaaS). Nothing is shipped physically.

How you get the service

• Buying from our website: right after Razorpay confirms your payment, you see a page to add your business name and a password, and your account is ready to use at once. The same set-up link is sent to the email you entered, in case you close the page.
• Renewing or buying inside Purplead: your plan is extended as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Your invoice is emailed right after payment and is always available in Plan & billing.

Delivery time

Access is usually given within a few minutes of payment. If you have paid and do not get access or the email within 1 hour, write to help@purplead.in or WhatsApp 8849211978 with your payment ID and we will sort it out the same working day.

Set-up help

After purchase we help you connect your Facebook page, WhatsApp number and other lead sources on WhatsApp or a call, usually within 1 working day.
