Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Purplead, provided by Purplead.

The service

Purplead is an online CRM to capture, assign and follow up leads, with integrations such as Meta lead ads and website forms. Features may improve and change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login details and for what your team does in your account. Keep passwords private. You must have the right to upload or collect the lead data you put into the CRM, and follow the law (including India's DPDP Act) when contacting leads.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid in advance (monthly, 6 months or 12 months). All features and unlimited users are included. When a plan ends and is not renewed, logins are paused; incoming leads continue to be saved for a reasonable time so you can renew without losing them. Coupons are valid only on the plans and dates shown, and only on one-time payments.

Auto-renew

When you buy, you can choose auto-renew (UPI AutoPay or card mandate through Razorpay). With auto-renew on, the same plan is charged automatically at the same price when each period ends, and an invoice is emailed after every charge. We email you 3 days before each charge. You can turn off auto-renew any time in Plan & billing; there are no more charges after that, and the period you already paid for stays active. If an automatic charge fails, Razorpay retries for a few days; if it still fails, auto-renew stops and you can renew yourself. If you choose not to use auto-renew, nothing is charged automatically.

Free access with our marketing service

If you take our digital marketing service, we may give you Purplead free for as long as that service continues. When the service ends, the free access ends too. You can then buy a plan to continue. Your data is not deleted when free access ends.

Trials

A trial is given only when we approve it, usually after a demo. It ends automatically on the date shown in your account. One trial per business. You can buy a plan any time; your data stays.

Acceptable use

No spam, illegal content, scraping, or attempts to break or misuse the service or other clients' data.

Data ownership

Your leads and business data belong to you. You can export them anytime (Leads → Export).

Liability

We work hard to keep the service running and safe but cannot promise it will never have errors or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Cancelling and closing your account

If auto-renew is on, turn it off in Plan & billing before the next charge date; your plan then ends on its end date. Without auto-renew there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends, logins pause and leads keep being saved for a reasonable time. You can download your data and ask to close your account from Account → Close account.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. Your data is not deleted because of a suspension.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
